BLINDS
The minimum blind size is 100mm width by 100mm drop.
The maximum depends on your blind material. Maximum width ranges from 2800-3200mm. For Designer and Design Your Own blinds, there is a small deduction for printing which will decrease the maximum size of the blind. The maximum drop for all blinds is 4000mm.

All blinds are delivered as a finished product - ready to be installed. All blinds include a top bar with fittings, control chain (unless you have selected to motorise your blind) and base bar. You will be able to customise these components and to add optional extras when you order your blind. Click here to see all Blinds Product Options.
Yes! We can print anything you want on your blind!
However we will not print small or low resolution images (we could - but it won’t look right - and we don’t want you to be disappointed).

We will review your Order and send you a Free Preview of your blind.
Note that simple design work is included, however additional costs will apply for complex design work e.g. cropping of images or multiple changes.
To remove dust from the blind we recommend closing the blind fully and using a feather duster to lightly dust the blind. If the blind is marked and you want to clean a specific area use warm soapy water and dab with a damp cloth. Please don’t use heavy duty or industrial strength cleaning products or abrasive cleaners. Once you have cleaned the blind, leave the blind closed to dry naturally.

All of our blinds are Australian made - and we’re proud of it!
Yes we offer samples for all of our blinds (excluding Design Your Own blinds). Once you have selected the blind that you want, there is an option to order a sample of the blind fabric. It’s sometimes challenging to visualise how a fabric would work in a room setting so we encourage to order samples if you’re unsure. Note that samples are free, however there is a small charge for delivery.

Yes. We offer blind motors, remotes and chargers for all our blinds. You can add this to your order under Optional Extras.

DELIVERY
Delivery is standard $35 for orders under $299. Delivery is free for orders over $299.

All of our blinds are Australian made, so you can expect delivery within 12 business days. During busy periods our delivery time frames can extend out to 15 business days however we will be sure to let you know if this is likely to happen.
The delivery company will leave you a card to get in touch with them and arrange for the order to be collected or re-delivered at another time.

We can deliver your sample to a PO Box, but we cannot deliver your blind to a PO Box. All of our blinds are delivered using freight companies, so we're unable to deliver your blind to a PO Box address.
After you place your order, we will send you emails to keep you up to date with the progress of your blind. Once your blind is sent for delivery we will send you tracking details so you can track the delivery of your blind.
Unfortunately accidents in delivery do happen. If your blind is damaged in delivery please contact us directly by live chat, phone or email with photos of the damaged packaging and blind and we'll organise to have the damaged blinds replaced.
RETURNS & WARRANTIES
We’re confident in the quality of our products so we offer a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Legal:
If your product is defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product. This shall be your sole remedy under this Warranty.
The Warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only. The warranty cannot be transferred to the new owner or tenants.
The Warranty does not cover:
- Accident, alteration or misuse.
- Exposure to elements. Our blinds are indoor products and any exposure to the elements will void warranty.
- Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions
- Blinds fitted in a non domestic environment
- Normal wear and tear including the normal fading of fabrics.
- Colour variations. Our samples will give you an indication of the finished product however they cannot be used as a guaranteed precise match
- Any damage resulting from removal of the product or reinstallation not in accordance with the product installation instructions provided by Blinds in Print.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities. In no event shall Blinds in Print be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. This guarantee does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable national laws in force. Please contact Blinds in Print if you have any questions regarding our products or warranty policy.

Unfortunately not. Because all of our blinds are made just for you - we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
